CURRENT STATUS
While the interchange is being constructed, I-94 will experience single lane closures and reduced speeds as needed.

SCOPE
The 9th St. E roadway will be extended over I-94 with construction of an overpass bridge and interchange ramps.

With the revised plan, the bridge is built one year later but the ramp work is moved up almost four years.

PURPOSE
The new overpass bridge will provide another option for north-south traffic to cross the interstate, and will support the commercial and residential growth in that area.

FUNDING
Funding for the bridge component of the project will be 90% federal and 10% state funds. Funding for the cross roads will be 75% City of West Fargo and 25% City of Fargo.
