SCOPE
Complete reconstruction of 10th St. N between 12th Ave. N and 17th Ave. N.
PURPOSE
The need for the project was to improve load-carrying capacity, ride quality, pedestrian facilities, drainage, lighting and safety features. The project also updated the traffic signals, lighting, storm sewer, water main and the sanitary sewer system.
FUNDING
80% Federal, 10% State and 10% City for participating items. Items such as sanitary sewer and water main work along with other miscellaneous items were 100% City.
